Fort Collins, CO-based PCG Telecom, is a provider of bill auditing and analysis services for mid-sized businesses. Together with their partner FreedomVOICE (News - Alert), the company also distributes the FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX system.

Recently, PCG announced the addition of a VoIP expert to their team, Neil D. Morris, as the Project & Technical Services Manger.

In his new role, Morris will utilize his expertise in Voice over IP applications and oversee the technical aspects of the company’s consulting and hosted VoIP phone system divisions.

This partnership is also valuable to FreedomVOICE as Morris will help ensure support of their offering.

Prior to joining PCG, Morris worked with Tata Communications, IBM (News - Alert), and Apollo Group and is currently working on his Ph.D. in organization management.

Recently, FreedomVOICE posted a list of VoIP experts to follow on Twitter on the FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP Blog in a bid to eliminate the time needed to dig through Twitter profiles and search engines to locate valuable profiles.
