TMCnet Contributing Editor
SoliCall, an Israel based provider of noise reduction, echo cancellation and quality monitoring software for mobile phones, IP PBXs and other VoIP solutions, recently reported that three companies – from the UK, US and India – have deployed its noise reduction and echo cancellation (AEC) technology.
As stated, the British company will be implementing SoliCall (News - Alert) SDK across its new video conferencing servers. The U.S. company will be using the technology for its gaming applications; and India’s software company will integrate the solution as part of distributed Internet-based multiparty, multimedia interactions for on-line education.
As per the terms of this deal, SoliCall SDK will be offering these three companies with SoliCall’s unique features for audio improvement with high performance and good quality ideal for all VoIP applications.
"These deals well align with SoliCall’s vision to deploy its voice quality solution on any voice platform and to ensure high standards of call quality and reliability," said Shlomi Simhi, director of Marketing for SoliCall.
“The variety of the companies who will be using our solution both on the client side and on the server side, only emphasizes the on going demand for our solution”, Simhi added.
SoliCall has developed patent pending algorithms for audio improvement. “My Voice Only” is SoliCall’s personal filter that passes only the voice of the speaker and screens all other voices, noises and sounds. Voice Only can be tuned to a certain group of people, thus reducing other groups.
SoliCall’s personal algorithm is stated to identify the speaker’s voice and extract it from the audio signal. In addition to this, the company’s personalized noise reduction technology can be used to enhance voice quality in different products, among which are smartphones, VoIP phones, 3G mobile phones and also centralized equipment like PBXs, Gateways and Conference bridges.
